Cogsdill’s ZX Tooling System

With the added contouring tooling package supplied by Cogsdill Nuneaton, England on our DB 130 CX Horizontal Boring mill, we have the capabilities to do multiple operations on one set up with various part geometries.

Examples include, overturning, contouring, facing, taper boring, deep cavity boring, grooving, threading, back spot facing, chamfering and bottle boring. 

With this tooling system on our HBM, we provide improved accuracy, repeatability, quality and surface finish, all with increased productivity and lower costs.
